At PerCapita, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns work depending on the type of product.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Standard products (physical goods): Returns accepted within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Heavy or bulky products: Return accepted within 14 days, but return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or shipped in error.

  • Dropshipping / Print-on-demand items: Returns accepted only if defective or shipped in error. In such cases, return instructions will be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories cannot be returned:

  • Digital products (ebooks, online courses, downloads) once access has been provided, except in case of a proven technical defect.

  • Gift cards or vouchers.

  • Final Sale items (marked as non-refundable).

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@percapita.be with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for confirmation and specific return instructions.

  3. Ship the product (if applicable). Keep your proof of shipment until the process is complete.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • If your return is rejected (used, damaged, missing packaging), you will be notified by email.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible if the product is defective or damaged. For replacement requests, please contact us at info@percapita.be with photos of the issue.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider.

  • Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary).
